What this means
Console and API is where brands, MTN and operations sign in. WhatsApp conversations is the survey itself: whether messages sent to our number are received and answered. MTN data rewards is whether completed surveys are being credited at the network within the usual time. Background processing covers reminders, exports and retries.
Each line is judged on the last 30 minutes of real activity, not on a ping alone; a quiet period reads as operational. Nothing here identifies a person, a brand or a campaign.
If a reward is late, nobody needs to do anything: credits are retried automatically and the MTN reference arrives in WhatsApp when they go through. Reply HELP in WhatsApp to reach a person, or read how it works.
